摘要
基于对我国中小企业技术创新存在的问题和困难等现状 ,提出了我国技术创新战略对策 ,期望对促进我国中小企业技术创新有所启示。
Based on the analysis of current problems and diffculties in the Chinese small and medium sized enteprises,the present paper suggests the relevant strategy and countermeasures for the technological innovation in China.It is expected that this paper will be helpful in drawing some inspirations to promote the technological innovation in Chinese small and medium sized enterprises.
