摘要
发展中国家发展战略的典型形式是拉美和东亚模式 ,两个地区发展战略不同 ,效果各异。比较发展中国家的发展战略 ,总结经验教训 ,对我国制定转型期的发展战略 ,胜利实现第三步战略目标具有重要的借鉴意义。
The typical models of the development strategy of the developing countries are Latin American and East Asian model,the regions have the different development strategies and different effect.To compare the development strategies of the developing countries and summarize the experiences and lessons,is will be important referential value to make the transitions development strategy and recover the third stategical aim.
