建国以来 ,我国的产业结构进行了几次较大规模的调整。但从总体上说 ,我国产业结构调整的成效不容乐观 ,对于主动调整呈现“调”而不“动”
After the founding of new China, industrial structure had been adjusted several times on a large scale, but on the whole, the result was not satisfying. The reaction to the adjustment was that the work was carried out actively, but without any change in structure.
