摘要
本文通过对实例的具体计算和分析,阐述Ⅱ型错误β在假设检验中的作用,如何据此定量分析和理解统计结论。给出 OC 曲线的计算和绘制方法。指出具体选定备择假设的意义和方法。分析按目前国内流行的教科书介绍的公式算得样本量过大的原因。
With a detail example,the author estimated type Ⅱ error beta after ordinary t-test in order to make quantitative analysis and interpretation of the statistical results.When the tested differences are not significant,the probability of false negative errors will be estima- ted.The operating characteristic curves were calculated and plotted by personal computer IBM pC/XT.The key point for such estimation is the choice of alternative hypothesis Hl. Three ways are given for the choice.
