摘要
从我国高等教育的历史演变，论述了高等教育在不同历史时期的不同内涵，认为在２１世纪培养复合型人才是时代的呼唤，是高等教育必须解决的人才培养模式的问题；从三个方面阐述了复合型人才培养的措施：１．加大教育经费投入，扩大高校招生规摸。２．改革人才培养模式，调整课程结构。３．培养创新能力，树立终身教育观念。
The present article states the different connotation in different historical periods from the development of our high education and it is the call of the times. It sets forth the following steps: 1. strengthen the investment of educational founds ; 2. adjust the structure of curriculum; 3. cultivate creative ability.
