江泽民同志“七一”重要讲话，全面系统地阐述了“三个代表”的重要思想，回答了新形势下许多重大理论和实践问题，发展了马列主义、毛泽东思想和邓小平理论，是中国共产党新征程中的宣言书，是马克思主义理论剑新的一面旗帜。
The important speech given by Jiang Zemin on July lst, 2001 expounded the main idea of' Three Representatives' systematically, and answered many critical questions both theoretically and practically in the new situa- tion. It developed Maxism, Leninism, Mao Ze-dong Thought and Deng Xiao-ping's Theory; it is the manifesto of the Communist Party in the new Long March ; and it is also a flag of innovative Maxist theory, the thought for our party to ad- vance forward and the soul to progress with the time.
