Pitman standard is one of the few standards that are used to contrast two estimators in the estimate theory.The article puts emphasizing on simple explanation of pitman standard,in limitations,rationalization and development .And it offers a kind of Pitman is optimum eitimate 3 adment by way of the scattered Function of estimator basised on the article[1]
