摘要
公平与效率是一种对立统一的关系,分配对二者之间的关系影响很大。价值分配坚持公平优先和计划分配的制度安排。因为复杂劳动向简单劳动的转换缺乏市场评价,不但公平未能完全实现,而且效率也没有得到提高。财富分配坚持效率优先和市场分配的原则,效率能够大幅度提高,但是公平受到影响。社会主义市场经济需要坚持效率优先、兼顾公平的原则,分配的制度安排因而必须是财富分配与价值分配的结合。
Fairness and efficiency is a unity of opposites, and distribution has a great impact upon the tie between them. Value distribution means fairness and planned distribution, the transference from complicated labor to simple labor lacks market evaluation, and causes unfairness and unefficiency, while fortune distribution promotes the efficiency and blocks the fairness. Therefore, socialist market economy should pay attention to both efficiency and blocks the fairness, and its distribution should be based on the combination between fortune distribution and value distribution.
