摘要
面对 2 0世纪 90年代中期以来中国出现的经济过剩问题 ,理论界、实践界、政界见仁见智 ,但至今仍未对经济过剩根源作出一个科学的、辩证的、合理的、令人满意的解释 ,且实践效果也并不理想。本文认为 ,中国目前经济过剩运行的真正根源是 :我国“·市 ·场 ·主 ·体 ·有 ·效 ·需 ·求 ·不 ·足—— ·市 ·场 ·客 ·体 ·有 ·效 ·供 ·给 ·不 ·足—— ·市 ·场 ·载 ·体 ·有 ·效 ·发 ·育 ·不 ·足”相互影响、相互制约、共同作用所构成的一个低质态的、低效率的“三位一体”
Since the mid 1990's, there are all kinds of ideas on the economics excess in theory, reality and government, but there is no scientific and reasonable explanation,so the result is not idealistic. The article argues that the real reason is a market system of low quality and efficiency Which is made of the market subject's demand scarcity,the market object's supply scarcity, and the market environment's development scarcity.
