摘要
黑客的传统渊于优秀人的传统 ,而优秀人和共同体有着内在的关联。仅仅从功能角度去理解优秀人是不够的 ,要规范黑客 ,必须重新理解优秀人和共同体 ,这样 。
The tradition of the hackers is derived from the tradition of the elite, meanwhile, there is an inner relationship between the elite and the community. The present thesis proves that it is not enough to understand the elite only from the view of the functions. To regulate the hackers, people must re\|understand the elite and the the community. Therefore, the construction of Internet ethics and Internet statute is necessary.
