摘要
针对当前高校教学质量督导工作存在的问题,提出了建立健全督导工作制度,全面实施督导工作,并借鉴先进的方法技术进行督导,建立起专兼职相结合的督导队伍的重要对策。
Being directed against the questions of present tea- ching supervising and guiding in higher schools,the paper tak- es such countermeasures:construct and perfect the system of supervising and guiding;perform overall supervising and guiding work;organize supervising and guiding team with ful- ltimers and part-timers and utilize advanced methods.
