全面实施素质教育是我国教育事业的一场深刻变革。探讨理工科大学毕业生所具备的基本素质与基本技能的综合测试标准,对推动理工科大学本科生基本素质、基本技能的全面培养和提高具有重大意义。
To fully implement quality education is a deep rev- olution of the education development in our country.It is di- scussed to the synthetical test standard of the essential per- formance and the essential technical ability about the students of science and engineering majors in universities.The study of the synthetical test standard is very important.It will push forward the overall training and enhance of students' essential performance and essential technical ability in the science and engineering undergraduate education of universities in our country.
