摘要
本文从高新技术革命、中国加入WTO、西部大开发和高校扩招等四个方面阐述了对高等教育的挑战和高等教育的发展机遇。提出了我区高等教育应当采取的对应措施。
The article discusses opportunities and challenges towards the reform and development in the education of Guangxi in four aspeets as revolution of high and new technology,China's entry into WTO,the development of Western Parts of china and the expansion of recruiting students.Some counter measures have been raised that we should take in the higher education of Guangxi.
