摘要
湛江发电厂原仿真机没有设置给水系统故障模型 ,为了提高运行人员处理给水系统故障的能力 ,在仿真机上进行事故处理演练 ,对仿真机模型作了相应的改动和设置。给水泵汽轮机模型采用TUPWR算法 ,给水泵系统采用SFPUMP算法 ,最小流量阀采用SOVLV算法 ,泵出口流量的关系采用压力节点进行计算。模型变更后 ,进行了给水系统的事故模拟 ,得出一系列的结果。经分析后指出 ,若发生最小流量阀误动故障 ,将给水流量减少 10 0~ 15 0t/h后关回最小流量阀 。
The original simulator of Zhanjiang Power Plant was not provided with models of feed water system faults. In order to improve the ability of operational personnel to handle faults of feed water system, the simulator model was modified and reset to enable fault handling drill. TUPWR algorithm was adopted for the pump turbine model, SFPUMP for feed pump system, SOVLV for minimal flow valve, and pressure node for calculating the discharge rate of the pump. Simulation of feed water system faults was conducted thereafter and a series of results achieved. It is indicated after analysis that in case of unwanted operation of the minimal flow valve, relatively stable drum water level can be achieved through reducing the feed water flow by 100~150 t/h and closing the valve afterwards.
