摘要
从TMIS（铁路运输管理信息系统）和DMIS（铁路运输调度指挥管理系统）、客票发售和预订系统、车号自动识别系统、办公信息系统及通信网等建设方面,阐述了我国铁路信息建设和应用取得的成绩,提出了2002年底以前铁路信息系统建设和应用的目标与任务,并指出了确保目标实现和任务完成的几项工作。
The achievements made in the building and application of railway information technology in China are elaborated in the aspects of building TMIS (Transport Management Information System) and DMIS (Dispatch Management Information System), passenger ticket selling and booking system, car number automatic identification system, office information system and communications network. The target and task in the building and application of railway information technology in China by the end of 2002 are put forward and some work for assuring the target realization and task completion are pointed out.
