摘要
介绍了台风暴潮预报业务系统的总体设计、台风暴潮数值预报的原理、系统的详细设计、系统的开发工具、特点以及系统的误差分析等。系统使用情况表明 ,该系统具有运行速度快、精度高、可操作性强等特点 ,对沿海地区防灾、减灾具有重要意义。
This paper introduces some main points about the development of a practical prediction system of typhoon swelling,including the main design of the system, the theory of prediction of typhoon swelling, the discrete design of the system, tools of system development, the specialty of the system and the error analysis of the system.The running of the system indicates that it is reliable,efficient and convenient, especially when it is used in coastal areas.
