摘要
文章试图从符号学的角度重新审视“形式追随功能”这一看似过时的设计理念，挖掘其扩展化的内涵，从而进一步阐明形式与功能的关系。
This paper from the viewpoint of semeiology tries to review 'form fol1ows function' and finds the design concept outdated and therefore makes a profound investigation on its meaning to establish the relationship between form and function.
