摘要
以电网最小切负荷量为目标函数 ,从改善线路潮流出发 ,考虑电源规划与负荷预测的不确定性 ,提出一种电力系统规划可靠性评估方法 ,建立了相应的电力系统规划可靠性评估数学模型。
A new mathematic model of power system planning reliability assessment (PPRA) is proposed in the paper. The minimum load cut (MLC) is taken as the object function. From the point of view of optimal power flow, the paper presents the corresponding PPRA method, taking into account the uncertainty of generation capacity planning and load forecast. A practical example demonstrates the feasibility of the method.
