摘要
针对汽车生产厂家转向角试验台重复使用率高的实际情况,研制了新型的转向角试验台.新型试验台是以光、机、电为一体的旋转编码器作为传感器,测量汽车的转向角.这种测量是非接触测量,输出的信号为数字信号,克服了零漂、测量准确度低、易磨损等缺点,提高了测量的准确度和可靠性.
Aimed at the repetition of the turning angle test bed in automobile manufactory, the rotary encoder that forms an integral structure of light, mechanism and electricity is used as sensor to measure the turning angle in this bed. Its measurement is untouched and its output sig- nals are digital ones. It overcomes zero drift, low testing accuracy and easy abrasion of the former rotary potentiometer. The accuracy and reliability are improved in this test bed.
