摘要
油田管理、科研及节能降耗等方面需要测量泵的多种参数,根据油田生产的现场情 况,采用热力学方法,研制了离心泵综合参数测试仪.在探讨原理基础上,完成了系统设计和误 差分析及相关实验.该仪器能测量离心泵的效率、温度、压力、流量、单位能耗等参数.
It is needed to measure some parameters of centrifugal pump, in oil field manage- ment, scientific research, saving. energy sources and reducing expense, etc. We adopt thermodynamic method to develop a synthetic parameter tester of centrifugal pump, which de- pends on field situation of oil field produce. Based on intrilducing the principle. I achieve system design, error analysis and correlative tests. The apparatus can be used to measure efficiency, temperature, press, flux, and unit construction of energy.
