摘要
在地理信息系统软件──ＭａｐＩｎｆｏ基础上，对Ｍａｐｂａｓｉｃ语言二次开发，建立了ＧＩＳ停车规划系统，完成了系统的设计与实现过程，并用Ｍａｐｂａｓｉｃ语言解决了地理信息系统环境下停车需求规划信息管理与预测的自动化处理。经模拟运行，该系统缩短了停车规划的周期，数据处理的结果可靠性较高。
The author pointed how parking planning can be built with GIS theory & technolo- gy and gave the precidicating models formed in mapbasic in GIS firstly. It shortens the time of parking plan with less middle transformations and gives the reliable results by imitaing process.
