摘要
研究了不同冷却方式对HMn5 9 2 1 0 .5合金的组织、硬度及耐磨性的影响。结果表明 :HMn5 9 2 1 0 .5合金具有较高的热稳定性 ,经 72 0℃加热保温 2 0 0℃炉内恒温冷却 1.5~ 2 .5h处理后能达到α相≤ 5 %及HB16 8± 8的组织和硬度要求 ,耐磨性好于进口材料 。
The microstructure, hardness and wear resistance of HMn59 2 1 0.5 alloy with various cooling methed are studied. The result shows that the HMn59 2 1 0.5 alloy has high thermo stability. After it is heated to 720℃ and held, then isothermally cooled in the oven of 200℃ for 1.5 to 2.5 hours, the percentage of α is less than 5% and the hardness is in the range of HB=168±8,thus fulfiling the requirement on microstructure and hardness. The wear resistance is better than that of imported material. So the alloy can fully satisfy the demand on properties of synchromeshing gear for car.
