摘要
通过对 D3代体细胞杂交后代进行白叶枯病检测 ,获得 67份高抗白叶枯病体细胞杂交材料 ,并对 D4代体细胞杂交材料人工白叶枯病接种和稻瘟病重发病区的田间自然诱发发病及大田种植结果分析。结果表明有 86.6%的植株表现为抗白叶枯病 ,有 1 6个株系较抗稻瘟病 ,有 5个株系还存在分离现象 ,分离率为7.5 % ,有 1
Via institute of plant protection Zhejiang Academy Agricultural Sciences tested bacterial blight of D3 somatic hybridization posterity. 67 high resistance bacterial blight of rice somatic hybridization materials were obtained from D3 somatic hybridization posterity. They were inoculated bacterial blight of rice and planted in field which was serious rice blast area .The result showed that 86.6% plant were antibacterial blight, 16 strains resisted rice blast, 5 strains had separation, the separation rate was 7.5%, 10 Strains had high yield.
