摘要
文章通过几个不同尺寸坯料在不同表面粗糙度的工具上进行的压缩试验 ,模拟金属锻造的变形过程 ;分析了坯料的不同几何尺寸与摩擦状态对锻造变形力及变形过程的影响 ;探讨了具有不同表面粗糙度的工具和相对高度毛坯 ,在变形时单位压力的变化情况 ;并就试验结果结合实际生产中的具体情况 ,讨论了锻造成形中的几个问题。
The deforming process in metal forging is simulated through the compression test in which several workblanks of different size are tested on the tools with different surface roughness.The influence of the geometrical size of workblanks and the friction state on the forging deformation load and the deforming process is analyzed.The change in the specific roll pressure of workblanks is investigated as the tool surface roughness and the relative height of workblanks are changed. Based on the test results, several points which should be paid attention to in practical production are discussed.
