摘要
介绍了一种以一株耐高渗透压的酵母菌种作为敏感材料制成的生物传感器、采用稳态呼吸速率法进行生化需氧量 (BOD)的快速测定的方法。该方法与广为采用的 5d生化需氧量标准稀释测定法有良好的相关性 ,线性范围为 0~ 2 0 0mg/L ,可在 15min内完成一个样品BOD的测定 ,测量恢复时间为 30min。敏感材料的生物活性与测定样品中有机物的种类有密切关系。固定化酵母具有较好的稳定性 。
A biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) sensor, prepared from a strain of osmotolerant yeast, is calibrated by determining the steady state rate of its response in various standard glucose/glutamic acid BOD check solutions. The steady state rate varies linearly with the five day BOD values from 0 to 200mg/L. Typical response times of the BOD sensor were 5~15min with a baseline recovery time of 30min between measurements, and the life time of the immobilized microorganisms is more than 1 month. The bio oxidation activity of the microbial system depends significantly on the types of organic solutes present in the water.
