摘要
偏振模色散（PMD）已成为长距离高速率数据光网络的主要限制因素。文章首先分析PMD产生的机理，然后建立PMD理论模型，并以此为基础，提出全光DWDM网络的PMD多通道同时均衡的方案。
Polarization mode dispersion （PMD） has become the main restrictive factor on the high-speed long-distance optical networks. This paper analyzes the mechanism of PMD， and set up a theoretical model for PMD. Then it describes an equalization scheme for DWDM system, which is a simultaneous Multi-Channel PMD equalization.
