摘要
针对ｊ２２、ｊ５８断块由于腐蚀结垢严重影响油田正常生产的问题，分析了油井采出水及垢物成分，弄清了油井腐蚀结垢的原因和类型。在此基础上，通过室内筛选、配伍等试验，研制出 ＨＺ缓蚀阻垢剂。通过现场应用，缓蚀率达８０％，阻垢率达９５％以上，具有较好的缓蚀阻垢效果。
The production water and scale ingredients were analyzed aim at the problem that since scaling severity affect oil production in j22 and j58 fault. So the causation and types of oil well corrosion and scaling were made clear. Base on it, the HZ corrosion inhibitor and scale retarder was developed though laboratory filter and match. Field testing indicated: the rate of corrosion reached 80%, the rate of scale retarder over 95%.
