摘要
为适应加工高硫原油的需要 ,茂名石油化工公司新建了一套 2 .0Mt/a渣油加氢脱硫装置 ,并在该装置上应用了新一代国产FZC系列催化剂。装置设计原料为减压渣油配一定比例的减压蜡油 ,生产中在高压分离器压力为 15 .0～ 15 .6MPa的条件下 ,加氢产物经常压蒸馏得到的加氢常压渣油硫含量小于 0 .4% ,残炭小于 5 .5 % ,镍加钒含量小于 2 0 μg/g 。
To meet the needs of processing sour crude,a 2000000 t/yr residue hydrotreating unit was established and the new domestic FZC catalysts applied.The feedstock for the unit is vacuum residue plus certain amount of vacuum gas oil.When the pressure of the high pressure separator is 15.0～15.6 MPa,the sulfur content of atmospheric residue from distillation of hydrotreated product is less than 0.4%,the residue carbon less than 5.5%,Ni+V less than 20ug/g,meeting the requirements of the feedstock for FCCU.
