摘要
建立重油加氢精制反应系统动态数学模型 ,包括物料平衡模型 (氢耗模型、精制油模型、气体产率模型 )、反应动力学模型 (脱硫、脱氮、烯烃饱和、芳烃饱和等 )以及热平衡模型 ,并将模型计算结果与试验数据进行了比较 ,结果表明 ,两者的相对误差在允许范围内 。
Dynamic mathematical models for residue hydrotreating reactions were established,including material balance models(hydrogen consumption model,refined gasoline model and gas yield model),kinetic reaction models(desulfurization,denitrgenation,olefin saturation and aromatics saturation model) and energy balance models.Comparison between pilot research and model calculation results showed that these models can be applied to dynamic process optimization.
