摘要
故障在机器运转过程经常出现 ,不同的故障表现出不同的信号特征。轴心轨迹图是从轴承或轴颈同一截面的两个相互垂直的方向上监测得到的一组振动信号中提取的一种有用故障信息。它可以通过振动位移和激振力的相位的变化来判断转子的临界转速 ;当挠性转子由不平衡力引起振动时 ,在不同的转速下有不同的振型 ,根据不同的振型对转子进行有针对性的平衡 ;另外根据检测到的轴心轨迹图形状 ,可以分析出造成振动的具体原因 ,根据不同的原因进行防振和减振。在实际操作中 ,根据轴心轨迹图还可以得出振动的前期征兆 ,对防止故障的恶化和排除故障具有指导作用。
The malfunction is often appearing on the running machine and different malfunction have different signal character. The chart of axes track is one of usefulness malfunction information. It comes form vibration signal that obtained by monitoring in two mutual vertical direction on one cross section of the axletree or axes neck. It can be use for estimation critical rotate speed through the phase variety of the vibration displacement and exciting force. When the vibration of the flexibility rotor comes from imbalance force , it has different vibration type on different rotate speed. We can balance vibration of the rotor according to different vibration type. We can analyze material reason of the rotor vibration and take measure of the preventing and reducing vibration according to the shape of the chart of axes track that have been checked. In practice, we can obtain earlier stage vibration sign of the rotor that comes from the chart of axes track, and it would have instructive function to preventing deterioration and excluding malfunction.
