摘要
目的 :了解低出生体重儿 6个月、1周岁发育情况。方法 :以正常儿为标准 ,从运动发育、精神神经发育、原始反射、肌张力 4个方面对低出生体重儿进行评价。结果 :胎龄 <37周和体重 <1 5 0 0 g的患儿 6个月时发育评价明显落后于胎龄 37～ 44周和体重≥ 1 5 0 0 g～ <2 5 0 0 g的患儿。部分低体重儿 6个月和 1周岁的评价结果不一致。结论 :低出生体重儿的发育过程是一个动态变化的过程 ,对发育异常者应多次随访并早期进行干预。
Objective:To evaluate the development of low birth weight(LBW) infants at both sixth and twelfth month.Methods:Compared with the normal infants,the data obtained from the LBW infants were assessed in the aspects of physical development,mental and neural development,original response and muscle tone.Results:On comparing the development at sixth month of the babies with birth weight of less than<1 500 g,those in ≥1 500～<2 500 g,small for gestational age(SGA) and preterm infants,it was found that the babies with birth weight of less than <1 500 g and SGA infants were significantly more abnormal.And the assessment of development in some LBW babies at sixth month was different from that at twelfth month.Conclusion:The development of LBW infants is a dynamic and changing process.Frequent follow up and in time intervention for those infants with abnormal development are necessary.
