摘要 采用电接触理论的近似模型具体对轨道炮中由两种不同材料铜和铝组成的 U 型电枢的电热物理特性进行了分析与计算,结果表明:铜电枢的电热特性要优于铝电枢,电枢转捩烧蚀是由于电枢表面的摩擦热和焦耳热的积累作用以致熔和气化,最后失接触而形成的。所得结果与实验结果一致。 Thermodynamic and electromechanical(electrothermal)properties of various solid armature materials have been analyzed and calculated by the electric-contact theoretical model.The theoretical re- sults show the electrothermal properties of Cu armature are better than that of Al armature.The arma- ture converting erosion is influenced by bad electric-contact coming from fusing and vaporization,which is caused by accumulating effect of friction heat and Joule heat.The experimental results agreed with theoretical results.
