摘要
本文详细研究了超高斯光束经有方环光阑透镜的传输特性 ,讨论了遮拦比、球差和超高斯光束的阶数对光强分布的影响。研究表明 ,使用负球差聚焦透镜可获得比无球差透镜在实际焦面上可聚焦性更好、能量更集中的光束。
The propagation of super-Gaussian beams passing through an annular-aperture lens in the rectangular coordinate system is studied in detail.The effects of the obscure ratio,spherical aberration and beam order on intensity distributions are discussed.It is shown that the better beam focussability at the real focal plane can be achieved for the focusing with negative spherical aberration than that without spherical aberration.
