The Coding Techniques of Error Correction in Bluetooth

摘要 蓝牙是近年来出现的一种新型的短距离无线通信技术 ,旨在摈弃有线连接 ,通过无线链路就能将移动设备 (手机、手提电脑等 )与固定设备 (如打印机、计算机、幻灯机等 )连接起来 ,实现短距离内的语音和数据通信。蓝牙具有传输速率高、组网容易等优点。然而 ,由于室内无线通信的干扰环境极为复杂 ,特别是蓝牙与微波炉工作在同一频段 ,提高蓝牙的抗干扰能力 ,降低误码率 ,采用适当的差错控制编码技术就能解决这个问题。 Bluetooth is a new type of short ranged wireless communication technology developed in recent years,the role of which is to take the place of cables and to connect mobile equipment such as handsets, portable PCS together with fixed equipment such as printers computers and so on.Bluetooth has manyadvantages such as high transmission rate and easy operation for networking.However,the interference environment is very complesx for indoor wireless communications,especially when Bluetooth operates at the same frequency range of a Microwave oven.Therefore,a very important question is to increase the ability of anti interference and to decrease the bit error rate.Obviously,some error correction coding techniques must be used to solve this problem.In this paper,we first introduce the principle of Bluetooth briefly.Then describe the link structure and packet formats.Finally we discuss and analyze in emphasis the error correction technique employed in Bluetooth.
