摘要 采用AG5 0W x8阳离子交换树脂 ,以HNO3作为梯度淋洗剂 ,可有效地分离Ba和稀土元素。实验表明 :以 2mol LHNO3淋洗时 ,99.5 %的Ba被分离去除 ;以 5mol LHNO3淋洗时 ,稀土的回收率在96%~ 1 1 0 %之间。标准参考物质的分析结果显示测定值与标准值十分接近 ,表明AG5 0W x8阳离子交换树脂分离可有效地去除Ba元素的多原子离子 (BaO+ ,BaOH+ )对ICP MS法测定稀土元素测定的质谱干扰。该方法准确、可靠。同时 ,为准确测定Eu提供了一条新的途径。 The spectral interference from barium polyatomic ions on rare earth elements (REEs) in inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was avoided by AG50W-x8 cation exchange chromatography. Prior to the determination, Rare earth elements were separated from complicated matrix samples using AG50W-x8 cation exchange resin. Ba, Ca and Mg, etc. were eluated with 2 mol/L HNO3 solution. REEs were retained and could then be eluated with 4 mol/L HNO3 solution. More than 99.5% of Ba in the samples were removed by AG5OW-x8 cation exchange resin, and so the spectral interference from barium polyatomic ions (i.e. BaO+, BaOH+) on middle REEs were eliminated. Recoveries for REEs were from 96% to 110%. The validity of the proposed method was demonstrated by analysis of Certified Reference Materials ( CRMs). A good agreement between the determination results and the certified values was found for all REEs in CRMs.
