建立了水发海参中甲醛的衍生高效液相色谱法。方法检出限为 0 .0 5mg·L- 1,回收率大于 90 .1% ,相对标准偏差 5 .3%。用于实际样品测定 。
The HPLC determination of formaldehyde in water risen sea cucumber is reported in this paper. The formaldehyde in the sample is reacted with the derivation reagent, 2,4 dinitrophenylhydrazine, in an acidic medium to form 2,4 dinitrophenylhydrazone, which after an appropriate pretreatment is separated on the hypersil ODS C 18 column. UV detection is made at 365nm. Qualitative examination is made using the retention time and quantitative estimation is made by measuring the peak area. The limit of detection of the method is found to be 0.05mg·L -1 , and its recoveries are found to be greater than 90%. For the concentration levels of formaldehyde in the range from 1 to 20mg·L -1 , an average value of RSD of 5.3% ( n =6) is obtained.
