摘要
基于钼*&催化过氧化氢氧化刚果红的反应,提出了测定痕量钼的新催化光度法。考察了试剂浓度和干扰离子对反应速率的影响,催化反应的表观活化能E′=89.02 kJ/mol,表观速率常数k′=7.29×10-4/s,方法的测定范围是0.17~10靏/L,检出限是1.7×10-10g/mL已用于井水及大豆中钼的测定。
An catalytic spectrophotometric method based on the catalytic effect of Mo(Ⅵ) on the oxidation of congo red with h ydrogen peroxid e in H3PO4 solution has been proposed for determination trace molybdenum. The apparent activation energy of catalytic reaction is 89.02 kJ/mol. The appare nt reaction rate constant k is 7.29×10-4/s. The reagent concentra tion and interfering ions on reaction rate has been studied. The detection limit is 1.7×10-10g/mL. The range of determination is 0.17-10 靏/L. The method has been used to determine trace molybdenum in well water and soybea n samples.
