摘要
研究了稀土元素对色氨酸的荧光猝灭效应,结果发现,在pH=11的Hac-H3BO3-H3PO4-NaOH缓冲溶液中,各种稀土元素对色氨酸的荧光有猝灭效应。在此基础上建立了色氨酸荧光猝灭法测定稀土总量的分析新方法。稀土总量在0~50靏/25mL范围内,色氨酸荧光强度的差值与稀土总量呈现良好的线性关系。方法检出限为0.23 靏/L;相对标准偏差为1.1%~2.9%;样品加标回收率为98.9%~101.2%。方法简便,灵敏度高,已用于人发样品中稀土总量测定。
A new method for the determination of total rare earth elements (Sigma RE) with tryptophan has been described. The method is based on the fluorescence quenching effect of rare earth metal ions and tryptophan in H3BO3 - HAc - H3PO4 - NaOH at pH = 11. The calibration graph is linear over the range of 0 similar to 2 x 16(-6) g/mL. Sigma RE. The detection limit is 0.23 mug/L, The RSD is 1.1% similar to 2.9% and the recovery is 98.9% similar to 101.2%. The method proposed has been successfully applied to the direct determination of Sigma RE in human hair.
