盐酸二甲双胍在玻碳电极上的伏安行为及测定 被引量:5

摘要 对盐酸二甲双胍在玻碳电极上的伏安行为进行了研究,发现在0.3 mol/L NaOH底液中,盐酸二甲双胍于-0.37 V产生良好的还原峰,其浓度在1.0×10-9~1.0×10-6 mol/L范围内与峰电流有良好的线性关系,该方法具有很强的抗干扰能力。实验测定了盐酸二甲双胍片剂中的盐酸二甲双胍含量。测得糖尿病人尿液中盐酸二甲双胍含量为7.73×10-4 mol/L,测得RSD为3.6%,回收率93.0%~105.0%。 The voltammertric behavior of metformin hydrochloride was studied. The potential peak for metformin hydrochloride is - 0.37 V at a glassy carbon electrode in 0.3 mol/L NaOH solution. A linear relationship between the concentration and the peak electric current of metformin hydrochloride in the range of 1.0 x 10(-9) similar to 1.0 x 10(-6) mol/L, was obtained. This method has high selectivity and has been applied to the direct determination of metformin hydrochloride in tablets with satisfactory results. The method was also used to analyses metformin hydrochloride in patient urine with average 7.73 x 10(-4) mol/L, RSD 3.6% and recovery 93.0% similar to 105.0%.
