摘要
利用 P( NEt2 ) 3与 α-氨基乙酰胺类化合物在干馏条件下的环缩合反应合成了一系列新型五元磷杂环 ,对所合成的化合物进行了元素分析和谱学表征 .初步生物活性测试表明 。
A series of five membered phosphorusheterocycles were synthesized by reacting tris(diethylamino)phosphine with α aminoacetamides. Their structures were characterized by elemental analysis and 1H NMR, some by MS, IR and 31 P NMR as well. The preliminary bioassays show that these compounds possess good selective herbicidal activity and some of them also have had antivirus and fungicidal activities.
