青霉素钾对微乳液增溶作用的影响 被引量:3

摘要 研究了青霉素钾盐对十六烷基三甲基溴化铵 /n-C5H1 1 OH/H2 O体系部分相图的影响 ,研究表明 ,青霉素钾能同时提高 n-C5H1 1 OH在 O/W微乳液中的增溶量和水在 W/O微乳液中的增溶量 .青霉素钾影响该体系微乳液增溶能力的机理为 :青霉素钾的存在同时增加了 O/W和 W/O微乳液的稳定性 ,降低了层状液晶的稳定性 。 Study on the effects of penicillin K on the partial phasediagram of CTAB/ n C 5H 11 OH/H 2O system showed that penicillin K can increase the amount of n C 5H 11 OH solubilized in O/W microemulsion as well as the amount of water in W/O microemulsion. Penicillin K was found to be solubilized easier than vitamin C as previously reported by authors. It appears that the presence of penicillin K is probably responsible for stabilization of O/W and W/O microemulsion and at the same time for reduction of the stability of the lamellar liquid crystal phase, resulting in the transition of the latter to bicontineuous structure.
