摘要
报道了长广煤燃烧过程中硫动态析出特性的试验结果 ,试验表明 ,煤中硫析出有两个明显的峰值 ,其析出过程与煤中硫赋存形态有很大关系 ,温度对硫析出影响很大 ,它能促进煤中更多的硫提前释放 ,此外 ,钙基添加剂对煤燃烧硫析出有抑制作用 ,但要根据煤中硫赋存形态选择不同的添加剂。
Some experimental results on dynamic char ac teristic of sulfur release during chuangguang coal combustion are reported in th is paper. It has shown that there are two clear 'peak values' during sulfur r elease and the existence pattern of sulfur in coal plays an important role on i ts release process. Burning temperature has a tremendous influence on sulfur re lease. The quantity and rate of sulfur release will increase and the time for r elease will move up as burning temperature increases. In addition, sulfur relea se during coal combustion can be controlled by adding calcium-based sorbent. H owever, different sorbents should be chosen according to sulfur existence patter n in coal.
