摘要
考察了催化剂中吸波材料SiC的添加对微波辐照下甲烷部分氧化制合成气反应的影响。实验结果表明 ,吸波材料SiC的添加改善了催化剂的吸波性能 ,提高了微波辐照下催化剂的甲烷部分氧化制合成气的催化活性。微波辐照与常规电炉加热下催化剂催化反应的结果比较说明 ,取得相同的甲烷转化率时 ,微波辐照下催化剂的床层温度远低于常规电炉加热下的 ,这归因于微波的“热点”效应。
