摘要
自制水蒸汽发生系统与TGA92热天平（Setaram公司）配套，水蒸汽的体积分数在1％～40％范围内可调。通过对煤及煤液化残渣的水蒸汽气化研究，得到的热重曲线平滑。说明该装置出水平稳，无脉冲，没有影响仪器本身的性能指标。该系统的配置拓展了仪器的使用功能。
A steam generator design made and equipped to a SETARAM thermogravimetric device (Model: TGA92). It extends the operation conditions of a thermogravimetrie analysis (TGA). With this steam generator the study of steam-gasification of coal by TGA becomes possible. A series of experiment results show that the steam generator can provide a precise and shock-free steam concentration of 1% similar to 40% (V) at ambient pressure, and can basically satisfy needs for the study of coal steam-gasification.
