摘要
吡哆辛(VB6)在碱液中有强的燐光(雃x316 nm,雃m444 nm,寿命1.8 s),经紫外光照射后燐光消失。光照前后燐光强度差(?P)与吡哆辛含量呈线性关系。建立了吡哆辛的低温燐光分析法,并应用于制剂及一些生物组织中吡哆辛含量分析。
Pyridoxine emits strong phosphorescence in alkali media w ith 雃x316 nm, 雃m444 nm, lifetime 1.8 s. This phosphorescence is quenched after ultraviolet irradiation (20 min). A linear relationship between th e amount of pyridoxine and the phosphorescence intensity differences before and after UV irradiation was observed. The effect of 12 biochemicals and I-, Pb 2+, and Ca2+ on the phosphorescence intensity of pyridoxine were stu died. A phosphorimetric method for the determination of pyridoxine were establis hed. By using this method the pyridoxine in pharmaceutic preparation (VB6 an d VB composite tablet) and in some biologic materials were determined.
