溶胶-凝胶法合成稀土铁氧体过程中的相变与形成机制 被引量:4

Transformation and Formation Mechanism of Barium Hexaferrite Doped with Rare-Earth in Sol-Gel Process

摘要 利用元素相态分析、X射线衍射分析和红外光谱分析等多种测试技术对溶胶 凝胶法合成稀土六方铁氧体过程中的相态变化进行剖析 ,并对掺加La后稀土铁氧体的形成机制作初步探讨。干凝胶在焙烧过程中 ,由金属柠檬酸配合物发生碳酸铁、Fe2 O3与铁酸钡、六方铁氧体和γ Fe2 O3等相变反应。La3+取代Ba2 +晶格位置的同时 ,通过缺陷结构发生电荷转移 ,使Fe3+还原成Fe2 + 。 The phase transformation in sol gel preparation of barium hexaferrite and the formation of barium hexaferrite doped with La 3+ were studied by chemical phase analysis, X ray diffraction and infrared spectrum analysis. The experimental results show that FeCO 3, Fe 2O 3, BaFe 2O 4, barium hexaferrite and γ Fe 2O 3 phases transformation reactions take place in the heating treatment of gel. When the lanthanide ion replaces barium ion, an equivalent quantity of Fe 3+ is reduced to Fe 2+ to maintain the charge equilibrium.
