摘要
荷S18 0 肉瘤小鼠腹腔注射枸杞多糖 (LBP) 2 0 0mg/kg·d× 7d ,在停药后早期 ,脾重及脾有核细胞数目明显增多 ,显著提高NK细胞活性以及脾细胞产生IL - 2的能力。在停药后第 1、5、10天 ,抑瘤率分别为 5 5 .5 7%、2 4.85 %、5 .6 7%。结果表明 。
To inject lycium barbarm polysaccharide (LBP) to the Hodgkin's sarcoma mouse by 200? mg/(kg·d)× 7?d In the early period of with drawal,its spleen appears heavy and the number of its nuclear cells in it increase apparently.LBP remarkably improves the NK cell's activity and spleen cell's ability to produce IL-2.During the days of with drawal (1、5 or 10 days),the rates of inhibiting tumors are 55.75%,24.85% and 5.67% respectively.It shows that the inhibition of tumor's growth may be related to the LBP's enhancement for bodies' immunologic function.
