摘要
目的 探讨激素性股骨头坏死的发病机理。方法 2 2只雄性家兔随机分为两组 ,正常对照组 10只 ,模型组 12只 ,以肌注糖皮质激素诱导家兔股骨头坏死模型为对象 ,动态观察下丘脑 垂体 肾上腺皮质轴 (HPA)形态和功能变化 ,以及股骨头形态学变化。结果 激素性股骨头坏死模型其HPA轴从形态到功能出现抑制状态 ,表现为血浆皮质醇 (CORT)、促肾上腺皮质激素 (ACTH)降低 ,垂体、肾上腺明显萎缩 ,股骨头陷窝内骨细胞坏死。结论 HPA轴从形态到功能的全面抑制状态 。
