摘要
目的 探讨广州居民功能性便秘的流行病学情况。方法 采用整群随机抽样法抽取广州市居民 2 892人进行问卷调查 ,同时问卷普通内科及消化专科门诊连续病例依次为 10 0 6例、495例。结果 广州市居民功能性便秘的患病率为 3 0 %。普通内科门诊及消化专科门诊中所占的比例分别为 5 4%和 4 8%。男性患病率显著低于女性 ,男女比例为 1∶1 6 4。随着年龄的增长 ,功能性便秘的患病率升高。社区人群中功能性便秘的就诊率为 17 6 % ,男女妩显著性差异。
Aim To investigate the prevalence rate of functional constipation in Guangzhou city.Methods A structured history using a questionaire on gastrointestinal symptoms during the proceeding one year was obtained from random sample 2892 residents,1006 patients who consecutively visited general practitioners and 495 patients who consecutively visited gastroenterologists.All the questionaires were filledout by trained doctors.Results The overall prevalence rates of functional constipation in Guangzhou City were 3.0%.There were 5.4% and 4.8% visitors who complained of functional constipation in general internal outpatient departments and gastrointestinal outpatient departments.respectively The female was predominant in functional constipation.The ratio of the male to female was 1∶1 64.With the increase of age,the prevalence rate of functional constipation rose.There were 17.6% patients with who functional constipation had ever seen a doctor for this disease in the community.Conclusions The prevalence rate of functional constipation in Guangzhou City was lower than that in west countries.
