摘要
为研究老年脾肾虚证的微观变化 ,观察血浆过氧化脂质 ( LPO)、超氧化物歧化酶 ( SOD)、总胆固醇( Tc)、甘油三酯 ( TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 ( HDL-C)、T细胞亚群水平变化 ,发现老年人 LPO含量升高、SOD活性降低、TC增高、HDL-C降低、CD4/ CD8下降不仅与年龄有关 ,而且与中医脾肾功能、免疫功能紊乱有关 ,说明老年人脾肾虚证有生化、免疫的微观变化基础。
To study the microchanges of senile deficiency of spleen & kidney,the changes of the lipid peroxides (LPO)?superoxide dismutase (SOD)?total cholesterol(Tc)?triglyceride (TG)?high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL c)and T lymphocyte subsets were observed,the author found that increase of LPO and Tc,decrease of SOD activity and CD\-4/CD\-8 in the aged were not only related to the ages,but also to dysfunction of TCM spleen & kidney and immunity.It indicates that the deficiency of spleen and kidney in the aged has the basis of biochemical and immunological microchanges.\;
